Servo Repair International, Inc. provides repair and replacement service for Contraves, Cleveland Machine Controls and Powertron products listed below. The repairs are performed by former Contraves / CMC technicians having detailed knowledge of all the product lines, thus guaranteeing a high quality repair. In addition to repair and replacement services, we also provide free engineering phone service to help troubleshoot your system – saving you time and money.

THE REPAIR PROCESS
The Repair Process begins when we receive a customer telephone call, or email, requesting a "Return Authorization Number" for the products requiring service. Once the products are received at SRI, they are completely evaluated. Following evaluation, the customer is contacted with a repair quote from SRI. Upon customer approval of the repair quote, the items are scheduled for repair. Our "Standard" repair turnaround time is 5 to 10 working days. If a faster repair is required, we provide a "Rush Repair" service at 2 to 3 working days with no additional charge.

TESTING
At the completion of the repair, the products will be thoroughly tested to specifications. Amplifiers will be run in servo loop to insure all control circuits are functioning correctly, In addition, the protection circuits will be tested to insure they are performing as designed.

QUALITY INSPECTION
Following the testing process, repaired units are visually checked to SRIs' quality standards. Paperwork is likewise checked for data accuracy and completeness. A record containing written data and pictures of all customer products are kept in our history archives for future reference.
